To generate drafts, replies, summaries and lead scores, RichLead sends relevant lead and business details, email subjects, SMS text and conversation history to your selected AI API. This includes SMS campaign personalization and automatic SMS replies when enabled.

This includes Gmail conversations and background analysis or replies when you enable Autopilot. Your agreement covers OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq and DeepSeek; only your selected provider receives each request.

If you connect Gmail, RichLead reads and stores conversations matching saved contacts for your inbox, notifications and campaign history. Authorized teammates can access them. Disconnecting removes local Gmail copies and revokes Google access; it does not delete emails held by Google.

Use an API account whose terms and settings exclude this content from general AI model training. By continuing, you authorize this processing for your workspace, including permitted teammates, and confirm this requirement for the providers you use.

You can skip and continue using the inbox and manual replies. Withdraw permission in Account profile → AI permissions. Already sent requests cannot be recalled; results are discarded if permission is withdrawn before completion.
